I just finished putting together a cylinder head for a honda civic (D15b7) The machine shop did not replaced the o rings for the valve train, so I had to put everything together and lubed the camshaft, I gave it a spin, and boyyy it rotates really smooth with this lube.!!! I lubed all moving parts, great product, I give it a 5 star.!!!

This is the way to go if you are assembling your engine and want to ensure the parts have lube at start up. It is sticky enough to cling to the parts and a little goes a long way. I bought two bottles because of the size of my tear down on my Harley one bottle would have been more then enough.

I used this stuff for my 2002 Tahoe 5.3 liter rebuild and it worked great. It's thick and super sticky. I was a little leery at first with the rating, but after reading that the 2 poor comments were from people who weren't using it for it's intended purpose(I have no idea why some one would rate it bad for an alternate use) I thought I'd give it a shot. Glad I did! I will definitely use it again.
